“You really are incredible, I could actually cry! I just ran a very steady 4k and didn’t have to stop once. After going round in circles with the doctors it’s just nice to be heard and listened too.”

Becca

“Working with Jess has helped me stay as active as possible during pregnancy and I couldn’t have managed my pregnancy journey without her. Jess goes above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after and I couldn’t recommend her more.”

Osteopathy, Sports Massage and Mummy MOT Treatments available with Jessica Lambert [M.Ost] in Lytham and surrounding area (home visit).

Osteopathy is a gentle and effective hands-on approach to healthcare, based up on the principle that your bodies ability to move has a direct relationship with its ability to function.

Osteopaths are highly competent healthcare professionals, recognised by the NHS as fully qualified to diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Treatment involves a combination of manual therapy techniques, such as stretching, massage, mobilisations and manipulations with the purpose of restoring joint mobility, relieving muscular tension and enhancing the blood and nerve supply to tissues. Osteopaths will likely also give advice on posture and exercise to aid recovery, promote health and prevent the reoccurrence of symptoms.

Mummy MOT A Mummy MOT® is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries. It will assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles and stomach muscles are recovering after childbirth. Your Mummy MOT physiotherapist will provide you with gentle exercises and treatment to help with your recovery – and get you back on track with your fitness goals.

It is recommended women have their initial assessment at 6-8 weeks postnatal, but please be reassured Mummy MOTs can help women who gave birth years ago that may still have a tummy gap or related pelvic floor issues.
