Hello dear reader! My name is Jessica Lambert and I am the founder of the JL Collective – a safe and supportive space where you can come to relax, re-align and re-charge both in person or at home through a mixture of online and on-demand yoga and pilates classes. I also offer luxury retreats across the United Kingdom and beyond.

From a young age, I have always been interested in health, exercise and movement. This led me to study Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University and then dive into the world of Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training.

After qualifying, I travelled and taught around the world in exclusive luxury health and wellness resorts including: AMAN, Anantara, The Body Holiday, Six Senses, Soneva and Bodyism.

Although I have over 10 years experience in yoga and pilates, I am always looking to better my teaching and so undertake courses every year. This not only helps to ensure that I am up-to-date with professional governing standards, but it also ensures that I am providing the very best advice and support for my students and class practice.
