If you have found this page, hopefully you are local to the Lytham area and you are looking at joining us for class? All of these classes take place within The Studio at The Grand Hotel.

All of the classes on the timetable are taught by myself (Jessica Lambert), I have 10+ years of teaching experience, and many more years experience of being taught by wonderfully inspiring teachers.

Our classes are a mixture of YOGA and PILATES – I believe these two styles of class to be extremely complimentary when practiced together regularly. My background as an Osteopath means that my style of teaching is very alignment based, our classes are challenging and strong but they are always safe. You can expect to move in a very dynamic uplifting way, but know that I will always prioritise your health and longevity over the pace of our practice!

Classes are open level but I highly recommend beginners join our 4LIFE programme to develop a thorough understanding of, and confidence in their movement.
