What’s included:
- 5 x newly developed 60-minute classes designed to ensure you feel safe and confident when practicing Yoga and Pilates. The first two classes will be workshop style – we will break things down, go slow and fine tune the basic ‘shapes’ and exercises. The second two will be more similar to our signature style yoga and pilates classes helping you to understand and build confidence in attending classes after the course finishes. In the final class I will share some of my favourite stretches, teach you a ’15 minute daily movement’ class and leave time for a Q & A [value £60].
- 1 x 1:1 class – ahead of the 1:1 I will ask you several questions about your body, your practice and your goals. I will then go away and use this information to design a class specifically for you. We can use the time to troubleshoot an injury, better understand more common or complex moves AND provide you with your bespoke ‘take away’ exercises / stretches (must be used within the 5 weeks). - One-month unlimited access to The JL Collective Online Library and all 16 LIVE classes – yoga, pilates, meditation, breathing exercises and strength classes. [value £75]

- Improving our posture to help aches and pains
- Core strength – what it is and how to correctly engage
- Eliminating lower back pain by understanding imbalance, tight hips and spinal/disc compression
- Short sequences that demonstrate time isn’t a problem
- Upper body strength – why we need it and how to build it
- How we are reinforcing injury and how we can work past this
- Breath-work for a calmer nervous system
